EVENTS & Collaborations

Experience the Organic Tea Ceremony through taste, connection, and Japanese wellness.

Upcoming Events

We host intimate gatherings where tea, sake, organic farming, and Japan’s fermented traditions come together.

Each event is shaped to cultivate calm, depth of flavor, and meaningful moments shared around the table.

Brooklyn Kura × SOWN —
SAKE & MATCHA Afternoon
Gathering

We hold deep respect for Brooklyn Kura’s journey — a pioneering sake brewery founded in the United States, dedicated to sharing Japan’s fermentation culture and craftsmanship with the world.

Guided by the philosophy of Stay Young, SOWN approaches tea and sake as a tea master and certified sake professional, practicing a holistic cycle that connects organic farming, production, and the tea gathering itself.

Through this collaboration, we explore a new form of food and cultural experience — one shaped by fermentation, intention, and shared time.

What You Will Experience

Not a performance. A shared moment.

You will experience the quiet rhythm of preparing tea, the depth of matcha and fermented flavors, and the presence that comes from slowing down together.

These gatherings engage the senses gently — inviting focus, calm, and a deeper way of tasting time itself.

Collaborations & Private Sessions

Some gatherings are shaped through collaboration.

We work with chefs, fermentation makers, farmers, and creative practitioners to explore how tea and hospitality can take new forms.

Private sessions are also available for small groups and partners, designed with intention for cultural exchange, reflection, or shared celebration.

Our Philosophy
Why these events matter.

These events exist as a pause.

In a culture shaped by speed and efficiency, tea offers a different measure of time — one rooted in attention, care, and presence.

By gathering around a single bowl, we step out of routine and reconnect with balance, nature, and one another.
